Symetrics Limited recognises that safety is paramount to our customers, ourselves and the society in which we operate. We are committed to achieving high standards in environmental, health and safety(EHS) practices, and providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all persons working for or on behalf of the company in accordance with the following principles:


We shall comply with all prescribed standards and applicable legal and other requirements for all our operational processes, products and services. Strict compliance with EHS standards shall be a key consideration in the training, analysis, performance reviews and recognition of all employees and our works.


We shall employ safe systems of work, procedures and processes specifically designed to prevent activities and/or conditions that pollute the environment and affect the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and society at large. We shall minimize risk to as low as reasonably possible and protect our employees and the communities in which we operate by employing safe work procedures, adopting relevant technologies and being prepared for emergencies.


We shall communicate our EHS policy with our customers, partners, vendors and all persons working for and on behalf of the company and solicit their inputs in meeting our EHS goals. We encourage open and peer reporting, and sharing of information on EHS issues.

Continuous Improvement:

We shall consistently strive to improve our performance in EHS through learning, sharing, benchmarking, innovation and participation in continuous improvement programs and adoption of new technologies that advance our EHS goals. We shall establish and maintain appropriate controls and conduct periodic reviews of our attainment of set goals.
